Mr. Schlesinger received a B.A. degree from Ursinus College in 1984 and a J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1987. He attended law school at Rutgers University School of Law-Newark from 1986-1987. Mr. Schlesinger is a member of the Bars of New York (1988), and Florida (1998); and is admitted to practice before U.S. District Courts for New Jersey (1987), Eastern District of New York (1988), Southern District of New York (1993), and Southern District of Florida (2012).
Prior to opening his own firm in 2004, he was a partner at the New York law firm, Rosen and Reade, and then a partner of Miami law firms, Ferrell Schultz and Kluger Peretz Kaplan and Berlin. The focus is corporate advice, probate and business litigation as well as real estate litigation.
Joshua Bochner was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and is a third-generation native of Miami. He attended Indiana University where he graduated earning his Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications with a minor in Business Marketing from the Kelley School of Business. Mr. Bochner returned to Miami for law school, obtaining his juris doctor, cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2014. During law school, he was a research assistant, a member and competitor on the Mock Trial team, and Dean's List recipient. Mr. Bochner also enjoyed a judicial internship for a Miami-Dade County Circuit Court Judge.
Mr. Bochner focuses his practice on commercial and probate litigation. Mr. Bochner also handles a number of broker commission/procuring cause cases. His practice involves all aspects of trial litigation, including mediation, arbitration, bench and jury trials. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
As a lifelong native of Miami, Florida, Mr. Genden received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami and a Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. Mr. Genden is a member of the Florida Bar (2013) and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
